All Calm plans are monthly subscriptions. Payment is due in advance and a Start Fee applies before any services are carried out. Services are provided by Iléjọ and partnered professionals and are subject to their individual terms and conditions, availability, and the plan’s service allowance. Work exceeding the service allowance or outside the plan scope will incur additional charges with prior customer approval. Plans may be cancelled with thirty days notice; no refunds are issued for partial months. Iléjọ is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage unrelated to services provided. Services are carried out to professional standards, but outcomes for wellbeing or home improvements beyond the agreed scope cannot be guaranteed. Iléjọ reserves the right to update these terms with thirty days notice and will notify customers via email or website posting.
