Cancellation Policy

Standard Service Policy All services provided by Ilejo are for general home support. Services include window cleaning gardening jet washing furniture assembly painting decorating handyman tasks domestic cleaning and waste removal with van hire. Services do not include gas electrical or plumbing certification roofing structural work hazardous materials or any task requiring specialist licensing. Any lifting over fifteen kilograms is excluded. Outdoor services depend on suitable weather. If heavy rain strong winds frost or unsafe ground prevent work Ilejo may reschedule. Enhanced priority bookings affected by weather will be downgraded to standard and the priority top up refunded or credited. Base service payments remain non refundable. Services are available only within Nottingham and nearby areas. Clients must confirm their property is in the service area before booking. A minimum booking of two hours applies. Estimates are indicative and final charges are based on time worked. To book clients must select a service date and time and provide full legal name address and contact details. All bookings are manually reviewed and confirmed by email. No booking is confirmed until written confirmation is sent. Arrival times are estimates and include a thirty minute buffer. Reminders may be sent. Payment must be made by card at booking. All confirmed bookings are non refundable. Card chargebacks will result in service suspension and recovery of costs. Standard bookings receive a response in two to three working days. Enhanced priority bookings receive a response the same day or within twenty four hours. Client cancellations are non refundable. One reschedule may be allowed if available. Ilejo may cancel or reschedule bookings for safety or weather with reasonable notice. If access is not provided at the scheduled time the booking will be charged in full. If Ilejo fails to attend a confirmed booking a reschedule or refund will be offered. Ilejo provides home and garden services with optional priority booking for same-day or 24-hour service subject to availability and weather. If no availability, customer will be downgraded to standard. Services are covered by public liability insurance. Clients must ensure safe access secure pets and supply materials unless agreed. Changes to scope must be approved before work continues. Additional time will be charged. Concerns must be raised within forty eight hours. All services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
